Chronic GVHD

 

Four types:

1) Lichen sclerosus et atrophicus-like

2) Morphea-like:

 

 

3) Panniculitis-like

4) Eosinophilic fascitis-like: Thickened fascia; edema and fibrosis:

 

 

Mixed inflammatory infiltrate made of lymphocytes and histiocytes with moderate amount of plasma cells.

Eosinophils are rare in GVHD (J Cutan Pathol 2012;39:413-418).

 

 

5) Keratin-derived amyloidosis type.
